An Administrative Assistant - Merchandising assists buyers with various administrative tasks. Primary job responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant – Merchandising include the following:

  • Communicates with buyers, store personnel, distribution center associates, and merchandise vendors.
  • Responds to store inquiries and place special orders with vendors.
  • Keys orders into the computer and follows-up on progress.
  • Keys various information with direction from buying staff.
  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.
  • Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
