Express Employment is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a local company in Davenport, IA!


•Handling phone calls and visitors in a professional, friendly manner

•Managing office flow and assisting with paperwork

•Processing all incoming resumes and applications

•Performing office administrative duties

•Scheduling daily appointments


•High School Diploma/GED

•Firm knowledge of Microsoft programs

•Ability to multitask and prioritize needs

•Excellent organizational skills

This is a 1st shift position, working Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The pay is $10.00-$12.00/hour.
